Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of The Core (“the App”), operated by GYM Rewards, LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 (or the age of digital consent in your region).

2. The service

The App provides AI “agents” that help run your business and can take actions on your behalf — including, where you connect them, sending email, posting to social platforms, and managing tasks. High‑risk and spending actions require your approval. You are responsible for reviewing and approving what the agents do.

3. Connected accounts & third parties

When you connect a third‑party service, you authorize the App to act within the scope you grant, and you agree to that service’s own terms. You are responsible for ensuring such use complies with those platforms’ rules and applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

• Don’t use the App for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• Don’t send spam, infringe others’ rights, or violate the terms of connected platforms.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse‑engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the App for you. You are responsible for the content you create and the actions you approve.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is.” AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete — review them before relying on them. We do not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GYM Rewards, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for actions taken by agents that you authorized. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the prior 12 months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; we’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in the App. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GYM Rewards, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules.
